Business Development Manager


A leading Benelux law firm is seeking a strategically minded and driven Business Development Adviser to help enhance its international visibility and commercial performance. You'll join a collaborative Clients & Markets team, serving as a sparring partner for various practice groups and industry sectors in matters of business development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market development plans in close coordination with Communications & Branding
  • Draft and manage international marketing materials and legal submissions
  • Collect, analyse, and leverage commercial data for pitches and proposals
  • Collaborate with lawyers and marketing professionals to support strategic growth initiatives

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within professional services
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
  • Confident stakeholder manager providing process improvement
  • Comfortable communicating at all organisational levels
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Affinity with the legal sector or willingness to learn quickly
  • Degree in commercial or business administration (bachelor's or master's level preferred)
