At Astrea Recruitment, we’ve been helping people find the right opportunities for over 18 years. This time, we're partnering with a major international client — a leader in tech-powered customer experience — to find a motivated Junior Vacation Support Specialist.

🧭 What you’ll be doing:

• Be the go-to contact for travelers needing help or guidance

• Respond to calls and emails with professionalism, speed, and empathy — even in urgent situations

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using provided tools

• Escalate complex problems when needed to ensure quick solutions

• Keep things organized, accurate, and always customer-focused

🧩 What you bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) – both written and spoken

• Cool head in fast-paced situations; you thrive under pressure

• Excellent multitasking and communication skills

• Attention to detail and a structured approach

• Goal-driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

🎁 What’s in it for you:

• Full-time, permanent contract (40h/week), rotating shifts between 07:00 – 03:00
