The Policy Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide expertise, analysis, and guidance on policy development, evaluation, and implementation. The SME will serve as the primary advisor on policy-related matters, offering in-depth insights into operational implications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the implementation of changes, review, and provide feedback on necessary updates of policies to ensure alignment across the Team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify policy needs, gather feedback, and ensure effective communication of policy changes.
- Design and deliver training sessions or workshops to build understanding and adherence to policies across the market.
- Evaluate risks associated with current and proposed policies, recommending actionable steps to mitigate potential gaps or operational challenges.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of implemented changes, suggesting updates or improvements as necessary.
- Responsible for escalating edgy cases to a client, ensuring clear communication and a structured approach are met to ensure mutual understanding and resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum C1 proficiency in English
- Proven experience in working in an international company.
- Passion to ensure first-class results & experiences for the end user
- You possess high presentational and oratorical skills
- You are self-motivated, adapt to changes easily and you love team work
- Presentational and oratorical skills is a plus
