For one of our clients, a leading technology provider focused on customer experience, offering outsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for a Remote Social Media Specialist with Hungarian/Czech/Slovak and English (Full-time or Part-time). 🌍💼

Your Role:

📱 Provide customer support via tickets, phone calls, and social media platforms
🔧 Resolve product-related inquiries for home appliances, coffee makers, and other household products
🛠️ Troubleshoot issues and provide helpful solutions to customers
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
🔍 Stay up-to-date with new products and updates

What You Bring:

💬 Fluent in Hungarian/Czech/Slovak and English
🎧 Experience in customer support across multiple channels, including social media
🛒 Knowledge of home appliances or customer service for tech products is a plus
📅 Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
👂 A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
