⏰ Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week) | Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30.
📄 Contract: Permanent (after a 3-month probation period).

🔎 What You’ll Do:
✅ Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
✅ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
✅ Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
✅ Handle correspondence and maintain accurate records of interactions.
✅ Ensure all administrative tasks are completed and updated as required.

💰 What We Offer (Converted to EUR):
✔ Gross Monthly Salary: €1,347.50 (550,000 HUF).
✔ Language Bonus: €73.50 (30,000 HUF).
✔ Meal Allowance (after probation): €73.50 (30,000 HUF).
✔ Gross Bonus (after probation): €171.50 (70,000 HUF).
✔ Paid Flight Ticket to Budapest & 1 Week's Accommodation (Depending on area of residence).
✔ Annual Leave: 20-30 business days (per Hungarian law).
✔ Fully Paid Training.

📅 Start Date: Your contract will begin on your first day of training.
