💻 What you’ll be doing:

• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage

• Handle technical questions and respond to emails and calls quickly and clearly

• Manage orders, returns, and exchanges, always keeping the customer informed

• Recommend tailored product solutions based on user needs

• Stay informed on product updates and tech trends

• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve services

💡 What you bring to the team:

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level)

• Tech curiosity and the ability to explain things simply

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Previous experience in handling orders, exchanges, or support is a plus

• Detail-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure

• Customer-first attitude and a willingness to grow
