We are looking for confident and energetic professionals to join an international gaming leader in the iGaming industry as a:

🎯 Gaming Control Room Operator with Turkish and English 🎯

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Oversee studio operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
✅ Respond to table calls and resolve issues quickly & efficiently.
✅ Ensure fair play & compliance with gaming standards during live sessions.
✅ Log and document operational incidents with accuracy.
✅ Support CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and Team Leaders with daily tasks.
✅ Stay up to date with gaming rules, studio procedures, and security protocols.

🎲 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 1+ year of experience in the LIVE/Online Casino industry.
🔹 Strong knowledge of gaming procedures and casino rules.
🔹 Fluent in Turkish & English – great communication skills! 🌍
🔹 Proficiency in PC usage & Microsoft Office.
🔹 Ability to monitor multiple screens and react fast.
🔹 Team player with a cool head under pressure.
🔹 Experience in a supervisory role is a plus!
