🔥 Your Role: Studio Lighting Technician

As a key player in the 24/7 live studio team, you'll be responsible for setting the stage—literally! Your expertise in lighting will help create the perfect ambiance for live broadcasts.

✨ What You’ll Do:

✅ Set up & operate studio lighting systems, ensuring quality and consistency across live productions;
✅ Maintain & troubleshoot lighting equipment, working closely with senior technicians;
✅ Report daily to the on-site supervisor about equipment status and any operational needs;
✅ Ensure safety compliance and collaborate with the audio, video, and technical teams;
✅ Document lighting setups and keep track of equipment usage;
✅ Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in studio lighting technology.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in live studio or production settings with strong knowledge of lighting systems;
🔹 Ability to interpret lighting plots and ensure compliance with safety standards;
🔹 Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts in a dynamic environment;
🔹 Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues under pressure;
🔹 Team player with great communication skills;
🔹 Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
