As a Dutch/Flemish-speaking VIP Concierge in Lisbon, you will be the trusted partner for high-end clients, managing their requests with discretion, efficiency, and style. From luxury dining reservations to bespoke travel arrangements, you’ll provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming requests from VIP clients via phone, email, and chat in Dutch/Flemish and English

• Coordinate exclusive travel bookings, reservations, and lifestyle services customized to client needs

• Provide expert recommendations on fine dining, cultural events, shopping, and luxury experiences

• Handle urgent and complex requests with professionalism and confidentiality

• Ensure a seamless, personalized customer journey from start to finish

Your Profile:

• Native-level Dutch/Flemish with at least a B2 level of English; French is a plus

• Experience in hospitality, travel, concierge, or luxury customer service

• Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-driven mindset

• Passion for working with international clients and delivering premium experiences

• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in meeting the expectations of high-end customers

What’s in It for You:

• Permanent contract with a three-month probation period

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, on rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM

• Annual gross salary of 21,500 euros paid over 14 months
