Your Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user content including videos, images, text and audio, following platform standards and community guidelines

Respond to questions about Trust and Safety actions, such as abuse reports and appeal processes

Support user safety and protect brand integrity

Work in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 content monitoring

Your Profile:

Native-level fluency in French and a good level of English

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work or residency permit

Familiar with digital platforms and social media culture

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Available for shift work and ready to relocate to Portugal
