Your Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user content including videos, images, text and audio, following platform standards and community guidelines

• Respond to questions about Trust and Safety actions, such as abuse reports and appeal processes

• Support user safety and protect brand integrity

• Work in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 content monitoring

Please note: This role involves frequent exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, such as violence, explicit material, or misinformation.

Your Profile:

• Native-level fluency in French and a good level of English

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work or residency permit

• Familiar with digital platforms and social media culture

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Available for shift work and ready to relocate to Portugal
