German Speaking Customer Service _ Remote in Greece only Athens, Greece

The monthly gross salary is €1,350 plus  Sales Bonus upon performance, average 100-500 EUR gross

• Performance bonus: Up to 30% according to your sales performance and KPI’s per month after the first 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month)

Relocation assistance provided:

• Flight to Athens
• Taxi to pick up from airport
• Airbnb for 4 weeks
• Assistance to issue hiring documents

Operating hours German: Monday to Friday 11:00 – 19:00 

Candidates should have at least 6 months customer service experience.

Role Overview:

Agents respond to phone and email and messages from customers with inquiries about account, existing reservations, payments, complaints

Skills Required

C2 German and B2 English

Good general computing skills
