Your responsibilities

Manage reservations by phone email and chat including new bookings changes and cancellations

Assist clients with inquiries during the after-sales process

Process ticket issuance and booking updates in the reservations system

Deliver clear helpful and friendly support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Who you are

You speak native-level German and have a good command of English

You are enthusiastic about the tourism sector and helping people

You are a strong communicator and attentive listener

You work well in dynamic and fast-paced environments

You are ready to relocate to Lisbon and have a valid Portuguese work permit

Gross salary of 1235 euros x14 per year plus 150 euro monthly bonus

Full-time contract 40 hours per week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 10 PM
