Czech Speaking Operations Customer Expert / Short Video Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Salary: €1,068/month + free accommodation or €1,270/month without housing
Contract: 12 months, full-time (24/7 rotating shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays)

Role Overview:
As a Czech and English-speaking Content Moderator, you will support a major social media platform by reviewing and analyzing user-generated content (videos, images, posts, comments) to ensure compliance with community and legal standards. This role requires keen attention to detail, emotional resilience, and the ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate multimedia content for guideline violations.

• Remove or flag inappropriate material based on internal policies.

• Moderate user interactions to foster a safe and respectful platform.

• Classify and label content for improved organization and accessibility.

• Identify trends and recurring issues; report findings to appropriate teams.

• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and policy departments on complex cases.

• Adapt quickly to policy updates and shifting guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).

• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive, disturbing, or explicit content with professionalism.

• Prior experience in content moderation or social media-related roles is a plus.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
