Your responsibilities and impact as Travel Agent for Expedia
You will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their booking journey. From solving issues during the reservation process to offering refunds and follow-ups, your mission is to ensure seamless travel experiences. You will also handle customer inquiries, help identify the right bookings, and support client retention and satisfaction.

• Native level of French and good command of English
