Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone, email, and live chat

• Provide product and subscription information

• Handle payment or technical inquiries

• Collect and update customer data

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Your qualifications:

• Native level of French + good English (B2)

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency/work permit

• Team player with a drive for excellence

• Comfortable with intercultural environments

• Interest in tech and customer support
