Your Responsibilities and Impact as a Travel Advisor:

• Manage bookings: alter, cancel, or create new reservations via phone, email, and chat

• Assist clients during the post-booking process by resolving inquiries and requests

• Handle ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations in the reservation system

• Deliver top-quality customer service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Skills, Qualifications, and Interests You Need to Succeed:

• Native-level German and strong command of English (B2 minimum)

• Genuine interest in the travel and tourism sector

• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities

• Energetic, proactive, and able to handle tasks efficiently

• Motivated by intercultural interaction and ready for an international career

• Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship (required)
