Your responsibilities and impact as a Content Moderator:

• Validate written content and ensure compliance with platform standards

• Review and moderate user-generated content for accuracy and quality

• Become an expert on social media ad content and provide accurate feedback

• Collaborate with a team to improve internal processes and content policies

• Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful online community

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level German and C1-level English

• Interest in social media, content moderation, or digital platforms

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Comfortable handling sensitive or complex content

• Valid EU passport or Portuguese work permit

• Willing to relocate to Lisbon
