You’ll work as either a Customer Service Specialist or a Content Moderator, depending on your skills and preferences.
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Resolve questions related to accounts, usage, or technical concerns

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through efficient communication
As a Content Moderator:

Review user-generated content (text, visuals, posts)

Classify and moderate according to platform policies

Maintain digital safety by identifying harmful or inappropriate content

Share feedback to improve moderation workflows
Your Profile

Native-level French speaker with at least B2 English
-
Passion for tech, social media, or community engagement

Proactive, communicative, and team-oriented
-
Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already based in Portugal

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
