We’re looking for someone to support customers of PVH brands like Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger from our client’s office in Lisbon.

What you’ll do

• Talk with customers by phone, email or chat

• Answer questions about products, orders, payments, deliveries

• Help them with returns or account issues

• Keep things smooth and friendly, even when problems pop up

• Work closely with other departments when needed

Who you are

• You speak German fluently, and you’re comfortable in English

• You like fashion and trends

• You’re patient, clear and confident when helping people

• You enjoy working with a team

• You’re already in Lisbon or ready to relocate

• You have EU citizenship or a Portuguese work permit

What’s offered

• Full-time or part-time shifts (rotating)

• Contract: 6 or 12 months, renewable

• Paid training to get you started

Salary

• With company-provided housing (shared flat, bills included): 950–1,000€ gross/month

• Without accommodation: 1,300–1,400€ gross/month

Relocation support

• Reimbursement of your flight

• Pick-up at the airport

• Help with documents, opening a bank account, etc.

• Free Portuguese lessons, sports and social events
