Your responsibilities
• Helping customers with their booking process
• Providing guidance and suggestions to ensure the best travel options
• Following up during the customer journey, including refund handling
• Supporting and expanding the client network
• Managing qualified lead generation in the hospitality sector
• Delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Your profile
• Fluent in French and English
• EU citizenship or valid residency card
• Passion for travel and customer care
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Motivated, reliable and solution-oriented
