Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is looking for Dutch speaking professionals ready to support customers through inbound calls, emails, or chats. You'll work with one of the most established contact centers in Greece, helping clients solve issues, navigate platforms, or discover relevant services through friendly, expert assistance.

📍 Location: Athens or anywhere in Greece

🗓 Start dates: Training groups available in July, August, September

📄 Full-time (40 hours/week)

🔍 Your role

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with product/service inquiries

• Identify solutions and guide users with care and precision

• Recommend relevant features or services when appropriate

• Keep records clear and up to date

• Contribute positively to your team’s performance

• Upselling or recommending additional services based on each customer's needs 

🛫 Relocation made easy (for those coming from abroad)
