You'll work with one of the most established contact centers in Greece, helping clients solve issues, navigate platforms, or discover relevant services through friendly, expert assistance.

đ Start dates: Training groups available in July, August, September
đ Full-time (40 hours/week)
đ Your role
âą Assist Dutch-speaking clients with product/service inquiries
âą Identify solutions and guide users with care and precision
âą Recommend relevant features or services when appropriate
âą Keep records clear and up to date
âą Contribute positively to your teamâs performance
âą Upselling or recommending additional services based on each customer's needsÂ
