Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1000 (paid 14x p/a) + 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational TBC

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Porto, they are looking to recruit fluent Russian speakers to joing their international customer support team.
The Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and fluent in Russian and English? Join a global tech support team in Lisbon, where you'll assist users from around the world in navigating innovative digital products.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide clear and accurate solutions, ensuring a high-quality support experience.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to handle issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately, maintaining smooth communication flow.
- Consistently meet performance metrics such as SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Engage in regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to continuously enhance support standards.
Requirements
- FluentRussian and English
- Previous Customer Support experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to details
