This is a full-time opportunity based in Malta, with a flexible hybrid model that allows you to work both from the office and from the comfort of your home.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist users and respond to their inquiries via email (no phone support).

• Identify and report trends and common user issues to internal teams.

• Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with moderation rules, policies, and tools.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and safe user experience.

• Support dispute resolution between buyers and sellers on online platforms.

• Monitor content and enforce compliance with company and legal guidelines.

• Work closely with external partners when needed.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level or fluent Danish speaker with strong English skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for spotting inconsistencies.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Interest in digital trends, marketplaces, and online community safety.

• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
