💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Support clients via phone, chat, and messages – always with empathy and professionalism

• Handle travel insurance cases (property damage, liability, incidents, etc.)

• Manage and resolve complex cases with discretion

• Analyze safety and claims issues and suggest actionable insights

• Keep user data accurate and confidential

• Make sure every client feels heard, supported, and valued

🧩 What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year experience in claims, fraud detection, or damage assessment

• Confident handling compensation and incident-related communication

• Fluent French or Italian, and advanced English (C1)

• Tech-savvy, with great attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and a natural communicator
