For one of our clients, a service provider assisting both public and private sector organizations in optimizing processesand enhancing customer interactions, we are looking for a Bilingual Communication Services Support Expert in German and Italian. 🌟

Your Role:

📞 Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and Italian
💬 Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and concerns related to communication services
🔍 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering clear, accurate, and concise information
⚡ Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and offer solutions
📚 Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

What You Bring:

🗣️ Proficiency in German and Italian (both spoken and written)
💡 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🛠️ Experience in customer support or communication services is a plus
🔧 Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
⚡ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
💻 Knowledge of communication tools and services is a bonus
