🔹 Your Role:

✅ Assist customers via phone, chat, and messaging with professionalism and empathy 📞💬
✅ Handle urgent & complex cases, including safety concerns, with a trauma-informed approach ⚠️
✅ Apply company policies to support customer needs while keeping data secure & confidential 🔒
✅ Identify and report product & process issues, providing valuable feedback for improvements 💡
✅ Take ownership of user issues, ensuring quick resolutions or proper escalations 🎯

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔ Fluency in German & English – strong written and verbal skills 🇩🇪🇬🇧
✔ Ability to stay calm and manage sensitive situations with professionalism 🧘‍♂️
✔ Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset 🧩
✔ Experience in customer service or crisis management is a plus! 🎧
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment 🚀
