For one of our clients – a company supporting transportation and logistics with their products
and innovative technology, we are searching for experienced, adaptable and analytically-
minded individuals for the role of Collection Specialist with Norwegian, Finish or Swedish
(REMOTE).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Manage collections for Norwegian and Finnish markets via calls and emails;
* Maintain and update call schedules and follow-ups;
* Secure payment commitments and ensure proper cash application;
* Handle dispute management until resolution and escalate issues as needed;
* Provide portfolio status updates and maintain customer intelligence files;
* Perform month-end close tasks and monitor relevant mailboxes;
* Ensure compliance with the Collections Playbook and achieve performance targets;
* Assist with training, process updates, and reporting.

Requirements:
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in an international environment;
* Knowledge of Finance, ERP systems (SAP is a plus), and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP);
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business;
* Fluent in English and Norwegian/Finnish/ Swedish (written and spoken);
* Adaptable to change, detail-oriented, and able to work independently;
* Strong analytical, time management, and teamwork skills.
