Day-to-day responsibilities

• Review user reports regarding website content
• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
• Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
• Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter

Your profile

• Fluency in Dutch (at least C1 level, ideally native)
• B2 level of English
• Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week 
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification
• Holder of a Portuguese residence permit/EU citizenship

Tasks

• Manage content from all channels to reflect overall content strategy
• Writing test plans for content
• Understand the content models for clinical content and related clinical documentation
• Support the content governance process
• Received from other content contributors to ensure content follows brand standards
• Support content and training execution
• Conducting content audits and assessments
• Ensure all content is tested
• Moving new content sets to production
• Execute plan for content migration/rationalization
• Manage project plan for content implementation
• Create detailed audits of existing content
• Developing web content, content models, and recommendations for overall web enhancements
• Review and iterate on content deliverables
• Develop custom content per business requirements
• Gather content requirements with client counterparts
• Define requirements for all clinical content, track content over time through development and testing, and maintain versioning of content
• Assist team members in implementing content strategy
• Take action by implementing modifications to existing content or add new content to address reported discrepancy
• Establish shared, interoperable content, metadata, and delivery requirements for Summon content providers
