Polish Speaking Operations Customer Expert – Advertisers Support
Compensation: €1,050/month + free accommodation or €1,306/month without housing
Overview:
Join our dynamic Advertisers Support Team, providing outstanding customer service and technical support to advertisers on large social media platforms. In this role, you will help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) succeed with theadvertising tools, offering expert troubleshooting and post-sales guidance in both Polish and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring fast, efficient, and empathetic resolution of inquiries.

Make outbound calls to follow up on email queries and proactively assist chat customers where appropriate.

Provide pre- and post-sales support for all the self-service advertising products, guiding clients through product usage and troubleshooting issues.

Help SMB clients optimize their advertising campaigns by offering insights and strategic advice on the tools and features.

Identify recurring technical issues or customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable solutions.

Actively contribute to improving the overall advertiser experience by sharing feedback, trends, and enhancement suggestions.
What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or digital marketing is a plus
