This role is ideal for candidates with a background in online sales, digital marketing, or account management, who are ready to take ownership of client portfolios and grow revenue through smart, strategic engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing French-speaking B2B clients via phone, email, and chat

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Guide clients through product adoption and upselling opportunities

• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support

• Become an expert in the platform’s advertising products and IT solutions

• Grow your client portfolio and meet sales targets

• Provide ongoing product and service knowledge to ensure satisfaction

Your Profile

• Native-level French and fluent English (B2–C1)

• Minimum of 3 years experience in online sales or digital marketing

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residency permit

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication

• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying client needs and solutions

• Motivated to grow professionally within a dynamic tech company

What’s Offered

• Fixed-term contract (renewable yearly)

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00 (no weekend work)

• 30-day probation period before official contract

• Two salary options:
  • With shared accommodation: €1,040 gross/month
  • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month
