Salary:  EUR 35,000 gross p/a plus uncapped commission

Hours: 40 hrs per week Mon- Fri between 9-17

Relocation package: EUR 3,500 gross relo bonus paid with your first salary

The company

Our client is known for producing high-quality tabletop miniature games, focusing on immersive fantasy and sci-fi universes. They design collectible figures, rulebooks, and hobby supplies that cater to enthusiasts who enjoy strategy gaming, model painting, and world-building. They have built a devoted fan base around the globe. For their commercial office in Barcelona, Spain, they are looking for language speakers to join their international Business Development team.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager you will work in a high volume outbound cold calling role where you will reach out to potential independent retailers. You will be tasked to identify key contacts and swiftly establish strong connections and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with our client. Ultimately, you will need to understand their needs and successfully close sales on the B2B offerings. This is a target driven role that suits someone who will thrive in an outbound sales environment and who is motivated to exceed targets.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Previous experience in an outboud sales role
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor degree or equivalent)
  • Target driven and wants to exceed targets

Salary, benefits and relocation package

Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 35,000 gross p/a plus uncapped commission (OTE 46,000 EUR gross p/a). Fantastic relocation support, which will be a relocation bonus of 10% of your basic annual salary paid out with your first salary. Other benefits include profit share bonus (subject to meeting profit targets), pension plan, opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year, staff discount (between 25% and 50% discount on products) and option to join the Share Save scheme.
