🧭 Your Role at a Glance:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering skill growth and engagement

• Guide your team through change by emphasizing critical thinking and tech agility

• Set clear performance goals and work alongside your team to achieve them

• Supervise projects involving data analysis, customer trends, and market research

• Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategies and boost performance

• Ensure high standards of team productivity and service quality

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience leading a team in operations or customer experience

• Fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in fast-paced environments

• Analytical thinker with a sharp eye for efficiency and quality

• Confident using MS Office or Google Workspace tools

• A positive and patient leadership style — motivating, supportive, and adaptable

• Willingness to work in scheduled shifts, including day and night rotations
