To support their expanding team, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Performance Advisorfluent in German, Arabic, Spanish, or Dutch, along with strong English skills.

🚀 Your Impact:

• Drive both inbound and outbound engagement through phone, email, video, and social platforms.
• Strategically identify and approach decision-makers using tools like Sales Navigator and custom lead lists.
• Qualify leads and guide them smoothly to the onboarding team when the time is right.
• Own the entire sales cycle—from first contact to closed deal.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships through consistent, value-driven communication.
• Keep your pipeline up to date using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Regularly monitor performance data to align your actions with business goals.

✅ What You Bring:

• Fluency in one of the following: German, Arabic, Spanish, or Dutch (C1), plus solid English (B2–C1).
• 2+ years of proven success in a sales role—experience in tech or digital advertising is a strong plus.
• Natural ability to identify opportunities, upsell, and expand client accounts.
• Strong grasp of digital advertising solutions is a bonus.
• A consultative, competitive sales approach with the confidence to present complex ideas clearly.
• CRM experience (especially Salesforce) is preferred.
