What you will do in this role

As a Business Analyst on our team, you will:   

- Make assignments of resources to upcoming projects, based on availability, skillset and fit

- Create and maintain a centralized pool of Client resources and track employee skills, experience, and workload capacity

- Prepare and present operational reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements and recommendations

- FinancialForce/Salesforce record creation and management based on standard operating procedures including, but not limited to, the following objects: project, resource request, staffing, assignment, timecard, resource and contact

Minimum qualifications:  

- Are proficient or bilingual in English, other languages are a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Be extremely detail-oriented while doing repetitive tasks

- Have previous experience with Salesforce

- Have strong Sheets/Excel skills

- Have strong data entry and monitoring skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Knowledge of Cloud technologies and services

- SQL experience

- Experience working with remote teams in multiple time zones

- Ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner.

- Salary offer: base salary 25.354 euros gross/year plus health insurance and restaurant tickets + Annual bonus of 3.000 euros
