Are you a technical expert on Audio Visual Installation, Integration, Design, and you are living in the Rome are? Then, we are looking for you!

The Technical Account Manager position is a senior engineering position within our client's Sales Department. You will be supporting customers from your home office and promoting AV products through training and education. You are responsible for the relationship with resellers within your region in Italy on all technical subjects.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Manage relationships with consultants and technical managers;
• Introduce new products and their advantages;
• Provide feedback to our marketing department about the needs of customers within specific product groups;
• Assist consultants/dealers on projects, designs and tenders;
• Troubleshoot on site;
• Conduct technical training on site;
• Support dealer shows, trade shows, institutes, etc;
• Intervene with trouble shooting, RMA, driver call logs;
• Check translations of technical documentation.

Requirements

• Significant technical AV skills;
• At least 10 years Audio Visual integration and design experience;
• Italian and English language skills both spoken as written,
• Role is remote but applicant needs to be based in the Roma area,
• BSEE degree or Equal (preferred).
