Our client is a leading company that specialise within the automobile travel industry. They are currently looking for an experienced French speaking Sales Representative to join their friendly and supportive team based in London. This role is a permanent position to start ASAP with great opportunity to develop and gain experience in an exciting industry. They are offering a hybrid scheme working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and selling travel packages as well as upselling across the French market.
- Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email and chat are being responded to in a timely manner.
- Maintaining client/customer satisfaction
- Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company and attending events abroad.
- Hitting your targets and keep up with the KPIs.
About you:
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French speaking Sales Representative, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
Profile:
- Required to be fluent in French and English to a native level, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative or Customer Service
- Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
- Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven and motivated
