What you will do in this role

As a Prospect Research Specialist on our team, you will:
-Lead Research: Finding potential prospects through various databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms relevant to the healthcare/medical industry.
-Data Collection: Gathering essential information about prospects, such as their roles, responsibilities, company details, and contact information.
-Qualifying Leads: Assessing the relevance of leads by ensuring they fit the Client target audience criteria, such as healthcare professionals, decision-makers, or procurement officers.
-Collaborating with Sales Teams: Providing the sales team with detailed profiles, helping them prioritize which leads are worth pursuing.
-Market Insights: Keeping up to date with industry trends and insights that may influence lead targeting or improve profiling accuracy.
-Cold Outreach: In some cases, initiating contact through emails, LinkedIn, or calls to validate interest or qualify prospects further before passing them to sales.
-Reporting: Tracking the success of lead generation efforts and providing feedback on the effectiveness of profiling strategies.
Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English level
- Have a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Have Prior experience (1 year) Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related role, especially in the healthcare or medical devices industry
- Have good verbal and written communication to support outreach activities, ask probing questions, and gather necessary profiling details from clients.
It would be a plus if you have
- Familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices sector, including understanding of key market players and compliance requirements (like DPAs)
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) related to DPAs, ensuring compliance during client interactions.
