What would be the responsibilities of this position?
⭐ Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences. Provide accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
⭐ Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests.
⭐ Reservation Handling: Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
⭐ Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
⭐ Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
⭐ Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.

1900€ - 2500€ (base salary) + shift allowance + commissions from sales.
