French Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist - Hybrid

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonus.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll partner with new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business. This role is target-driven, focusing on individual and team objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
• Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
• Drive increased spending, upsell opportunities, and ensure campaign sustainability.
• Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.

Requirements:

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong drive to meet or exceed targets in productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.
• Good time management skills and ability to organize your own workday.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Native level of French and high level of English.
