We, Kariera.group, are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Hosthub’s team and drive growth by engaging with potential leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with inbound leads generated through Hosthub’s marketing activities (website, social media, webinars, etc.).
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects.
  • Drive meaningful conversations to generate interest and demand.
  • Qualify potential customers by asking the right discovery questions.
  • Schedule demos between prospects and Account Executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 🎓.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Recent graduates with a strong desire to start a career in sales are encouraged to apply 🌟.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (native or near-native level).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a strong plus 💻.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, strong organizational and time management skills, eagerness to learn and adapt 💪.
  • Only candidates based in the EU or eligible to work in the EU will be considered

 

  • Plus: Experience in short-term rentals and supporting platforms similar to reservation platforms is advantageous.
