As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in their growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying new customers within the South America, establishing a robust network, achieving sales targets, and driving product development. You'll collaborate closely with our management team to ensure effective marketing implementation and provide regular market insights.
The offer:
* £40,000 - £50,000 p/a (depends on experience) + bonuses
* 28 days of annual leave.
* Monday to Friday office-based work (hour of work may vary depending on region you'll be working on).
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new leads and customers within the tire manufacturing sector.
- Analyse market potential and establish effective routes to market.
- Achieve budgeted value and volume turnover.
- Drive research and development efforts to stay competitive.
- Ensure alignment with company policies.
- Regularly present reports, budgeting information, and market insights to the management team.
Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years in sales, marketing, and strategic planning.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese will be beneficial).
- Willingness to travel at short notice.
- Experience in the rubber industry is advantageous.
