We are looking for a Nordic Speaker Delivery Manager and International Recruiter to support the business manager and colleagues to achieve and exceed goals and results. In this role you will be working in an international and dynamic work environment in the city center of Tallinn, Estonia.

What you will be doing 

As a Delivery Manager and International Recruiter, you are supporting the Business Managers in his/her responsibilities of the day-to-day delivery and continuous growth in the Baltic recruitment team. You will be responsible for creating action plans and sessions for the team to reach their targets and secure delivery to the clients. In addition, you will be an active recruitment team member delivering multilingual candidates to our many clients. Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: 

• Supporting the Business Manager in his/her tasks and motivate team members to reach their KPIs and budget. 

• Coaching colleagues on their performance on a regular basis to ensure KPIs, client delivery, and team goals/budget 

• Creating efficient and effective focus sessions, activities, budget break downs and subgoals for reaching top results 

• Creating action plans to deliver candidates to our clients and ensuring that the quality of our presentations are up to our standard 

• Demonstrating behaviors and high work ethics aligned with the company culture, values and standards 

• Being an active part of the recruitment team by sending and placing talents to our clients on a weekly basis 

• Sourcing candidates on job portals, databases and social media platforms, LinkedIn etc.  

• Screening the candidates via phone calls for the job they are applying to/match make candidates interested in a job abroad to a suitable position 

• Creating visibility and advertise different jobs on portals and social media platforms using your own creativity yet following the company standards  

• Updating data in our internal system following company standards and processes 

• Presenting candidates to the clients, book interviews and follow up on the process from start to finish 

• Building relationships with our clients to help grow the business 

 To be successful in this role you 

Are fluent in English and speak a Scandinavian Language: Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish

Have experience in working with international recruitment  

Take pride in what you do and achieve high results by working efficiently and structured 

Know how to motivate and inspire colleagues to deliver top results 

Love working with budgets, targets and KPIs 

Are reliable and take responsibility for your actions and outcomes 

Are sales-driven and motivated to do personal recruitment  

Are proactive, creative and solution oriented 

Work well under pressure with strong decision-making skills and an ability to self-manage 

Have strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal 

Have the ability to mentor, coach, lead and inspire a team of employees 

Are a multitasker and flexible to re-prioritize your tasks according to deadlines, client needs, and team needs
