Regarding your field of responsibilities:

• Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale
• Explain products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client's products.
• Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure lead and contribute to team projects to Develop and refine our sales process
• Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
• Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
• Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
• As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.

Your Profile:

• Native-level Italian language skills (C2) + English proficiency
• Must have attended school in Italy and have in-depth knowledge of the local educational system
• Cold call experience
• Experience in corporate and BPO sales (not retail sales)
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
