Responsibilities:

    Dutch & English-speaking Site Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for sourcing new locations and negotiating rental agreements with landlords for Cell Site Locations as well as Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, on behalf of the company’s clients.
    Negotiating the terms of leases with landlords and coordinating full process of acquiring new site locations.
    Dutch speaking Site Acquisition Consultant will oversees the process and coordinates between municipalities and the clients’ technical departments, as well as 3rd party vendors.
    Preparing proposals and create presentation packages with accurate information.
    Entering data and maintaining up-to-date information into the company’s database, LiveTrack.
    Travel to conduct site visits is necessary for geodata and visual site reporting.

About You:

    Fully fluent in Dutch and English.
    1 – 2 years of sales experience within a commission-based sales environment.
    Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry is desired.
    Bachelor’s degree essential
