This role is looking for Dutch or Flemish speakers who are either based in Greece or have worked in Greece before.
- Taking incoming calls from clients
- Compare tariffs plans of suppliers
- Customer made tariff plan
- To assist people in finalizing the details in the needed contract before becoming a client
- Filling missing data in contract
- Adapting the scanned contract into the client’s file in the system
- Handling Online chats: help & advice new customers to calculate a price and give them information that will help to sign a contract, same as the mean tasks, see above by tasks.
- Carry out admin work for paper flow contacts; Mailbox treatment, handling specific scan contracts from Sales Representatives
- Follow up on incompletes contracts via outbound call
- Secondary school level of qualification
- Previous proven customer service experience
- Dutch – native level (oral and written)
- English - working level
- Experience with CRM systems a plus
- MS Office skills
- Willingness to learn
- Customer oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Not afraid to take decisions
- Team player with good logical and analytical thinking
