What you will do in this role

As a Team Leader on our team, you will:
- Train and prepare agents
- Identify weak points in agents and report to supervisor
- Do training planning and identification of team training needs
- Answer calls as advisor profile
- Work with the client to make sure all processes are being controlled and followed
- Identify the issues anticipating client ‘s complains
- Be permanently in touch with the client regarding new product, technical issues and other aspects of the Project

- Base salary of 22,000 euros gross/year + up to 3,000 euros gross/year in bonus and private medical insurance
- Full-time 39h/week Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
- Full paid training for the company and the products you will be working on
