What you will do in this role

As Head of Account Management on our team, you will: 

- Own key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for major domestic accounts.

- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and business partner.

- Facilitate high-level discussions with C-level stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and drive business growth.

- Design and implement comprehensive account development plans to increase revenue, expand service offerings, and enhance client engagement.

- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leading commercial negotiations to secure long-term value.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions leveraging technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of client solutions by coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, operations, tech, and customer experience.

- Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, KPIs, and internal quality standards.

- Drive initiatives to optimize service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction using data-driven insights and performance feedback.

- Co-own the P&L of assigned accounts, working closely with operational stakeholders to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.

- Contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with a focus on growth and performance tracking.

- Act as a solution-oriented leader in high-pressure scenarios, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring continuity of service.

- Influence both client strategy and internal delivery models to ensure optimal alignment and value creation.

- Stay ahead of industry trends in BPO and CX to recommend forward-thinking, high-impact solutions.

- Mentor and develop junior members of the account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

- Ensure seamless communication across senior leadership and operational teams to maintain alignment on client goals and business outcomes.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish and English

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Bring 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale B2B accounts—ideally within the BPO or Customer Experience (CX) industry.

- Have led multi-disciplinary projects and cross-functional teams across operations, sales, tech, and client services.

- Possess financial ownership experience, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Have hands-on experience with Spanish domestic market clients and understand their specific business dynamics.

- Have a strategic mindset: skilled at developing long-term client roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning services to client objectives.

- Are relationship-focused: able to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders.

- Have sroject leadership: able to guide cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.

- Are calm and solution-oriented under pressure, with strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities.

- Have excellent communication skills: confident in presenting to C-suite clients and internal leadership.

- Are Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data reporting tools.

- Are Data-driven decision-maker with strong performance analysis capabilities.

- Are able to navigate complex client ecosystems and matrix organizations with agility.
