Job Purpose:
To lead and manage complex, large-scale internal projects and product initiatives, driving strategic change and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record in both cost optimization and revenue generation, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of product management principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while also overseeing complex cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple complex, large-scale internal projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects within budget.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, data science, and operations, to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics.
- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating programs and initiatives.
- Navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and align projects with organizational goals.
- Thrive in "zero-to-one" scenarios and tackle vague problem statements to develop innovative solutions.
Product Management:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
- Develop detailed product specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch new products.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, including ongoing maintenance and improvement.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future development.
- Prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs and business value.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new products.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development decisions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrable understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Experience in cost optimization and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Experience in the technology or data-driven industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
