They are now on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Live Gaming Floor Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team in Bucharest.

🎯 Your Mission:

• Guide and support your team with regular feedback and personalized coaching
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and full compliance with internal standards
• Foster a strong sense of teamwork through open communication and regular check-ins
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with the training team to support employee growth
• Take an active role in organizing development sessions that align with team and company goals
• Uphold the company’s core values and maintain high service standards across all operations

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Educational background in management or related fields is a plus
• Previous experience in online gaming or live casino operations is highly desirable
• Strong computer skills (Office 365 and similar platforms)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Natural leadership style with excellent time management and conflict-resolution abilities
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including both day and night schedules
