What you will do in this role

As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will:
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
- Handle customer and potential customer inquiries and issues with a genuine
passion for helping, going above and beyond to provide solutions.
- Offer in-depth knowledge of our cycling insurance products and help customers find the perfect fit.
- Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Monitor and report on customer service performance, and any recurring issues that require attention so we can continue to provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify and feedback on potential functions that will improve customer service, throughout a customer's lifetime.

- Are bilingual or proficient in English and German!
- Have experience in a Customer Service environment
- Have exceptionally polite manner - you’ll be speaking to people all day from a variety of backgrounds so you need to be articulate, clear and patient.
- Are highly IT literate - you’ll be working with a range of internal and external software packages we use for our communications
- Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
- Have leadership skills
- Have working knowledge of CRMs and Tech Support applications
- Have experience working with CS teams in the insurance sector is a plus
